3. Payments & Subscriptions

All recurring services are billed monthly through our secure payment processor (e.g., Stripe). You may cancel anytime before the next billing date to avoid further charges. No refunds will be issued for partial months or unused periods unless otherwise stated in a written guarantee or trial offer.

4. 30-Day Trial Offer

Eligible local businesses may receive a 30-day free or discounted trial as part of promotional campaigns. Trials convert to paid subscriptions automatically unless canceled prior to the renewal date. We reserve the right to modify or end promotions at any time.

5. Guarantee

If your subscription includes a performance guarantee (e.g., “10 new reviews or 5+ conversations in 30 days”), fulfillment of this guarantee depends on your cooperation in setup and access to required business tools (e.g., Google Business Profile, website, and phone number). “Working free” means continued service at no extra cost until the stated outcome is reached.

6. User Responsibilities

You agree to use the Services only for lawful business purposes. You are responsible for the accuracy of your business data, compliance with messaging laws (such as TCPA/A2P regulations), and your customers’ consent to receive messages.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the Services in the last 30 days.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate Services for any reason, including nonpayment, abuse, or illegal use. You may cancel at any time by written notice or via your billing portal.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
